Natasha has been with the Matcom family since 2006 now and she is continuing to enjoy her time here. Natasha runs the Human Resources department while also handling payroll and benefits for all Matcom employees. When she was asked for her biggest key to success, she simply replied “hard work.” With hard work and determination, Natasha can accomplish all of her goals and overcome any challenges she may face. How does this hard worker relax? Well, she enjoys reading, long bike rides, watching movies, and most of all, playing with her daughter!
